Terms of Service

By accessing or using Sleeng, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using Sleeng on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Sleeng is a publishing platform that enables brand teams to create channels, publish updates from named team members, and deliver those updates directly to subscribers via email and web. We provide tools for channel management, team collaboration, subscriber management, and content distribution.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at team@sleeng.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not create accounts for the purpose of automation, spam, or circumventing account restrictions.

You own the content you create and publish on Sleeng. By publishing content through Sleeng, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and deliver that content to your subscribers as part of operating the platform.

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than operating the service.

You agree not to use Sleeng to:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to people who have not opted in
• Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or violates third-party rights
• Impersonate any person, brand, or organization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Harvest or scrape subscriber data from other channels

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Sleeng offers a free tier with core features. Paid plans are available with additional capabilities and are billed monthly or annually in advance.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

You may delete your account at any time through account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the service.

Upon termination, your content will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Sleeng is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleeng and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
