Terms of Service

These terms apply to sleeng.com, the Sleeng app, and the Sleeng Chrome extension (together, "Sleeng"). By creating an account or using Sleeng, you agree to them. If you use Sleeng for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

Keep your login details safe and tell us at team@sleeng.com if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Sleeng drafts Reddit comments and schedules the ones you approve. Every comment is posted from your own Reddit account, only after you approve it.

You are responsible for what you approve and post. That includes following Reddit's User Agreement and Content Policy, each subreddit's rules, and advertising and endorsement laws, such as disclosing a connection to a brand where required. Sleeng's warmup schedule, ban-risk scores, and relevance checks are there to help, but they do not guarantee that a post will stay up or that an account will not be restricted.

You agree not to use Sleeng to:

• post spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, or content you do not have the right to share;
• harass people, or break any law or platform rule;
• access Sleeng in ways we do not offer, overload it, or try to get around its limits or security;
• resell Sleeng without our written permission.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI visibility results and drafts are generated by third-party AI systems and can be wrong or incomplete. Review drafts before approving them. Results reflect what AI engines returned at the time of each scan and can change.

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. You add a card to start, and you are not charged until the trial ends. Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel any time, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with notice before your next renewal. Fees already paid are not refundable unless the law requires it.

You own the content you add to Sleeng. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Sleeng for you. We own Sleeng itself, including the software, design, and brand.

Sleeng relies on services such as Reddit, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, and DataForSEO. Their availability and rules are outside our control, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

You can stop using Sleeng and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we stop offering Sleeng, and we will give notice where we reasonably can.

Sleeng is provided "as is". We do not promise any particular ranking, citation, traffic, or sales result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or Reddit account actions.

We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful, we will update the date above and email account holders before it takes effect. Questions go to team@sleeng.com.
