Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to common questions.
What is Sleeng?
Sleeng is a platform where teams publish updates directly to their audience. Each update comes from a real team member, not a brand account. Think of it as a team blog that lands in inboxes.
How is Sleeng different from a newsletter tool?
Newsletter tools send branded emails from a company address. Sleeng sends personal updates from named team members. Your audience sees who wrote it, and the emails feel personal, not promotional.
Is Sleeng free?
Yes. Sleeng is free to start with generous limits. As your audience grows, you can upgrade to a paid plan for more team members and advanced features.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes. You can import contacts via CSV or connect your existing tools. Your subscribers will start receiving updates from your team right away.
How do subscribers receive updates?
Updates are delivered directly to their inbox. Each email comes from the team member who wrote it, with their name and photo. Subscribers can also view all updates on your public channel page.
Can I have multiple team members?
Absolutely. That is the whole point. Invite founders, engineers, designers, product managers. Each person posts as themselves under your brand channel.
