Privacy Policy

Sleeng (sleeng.com) helps brands see how AI assistants talk about them and join the Reddit conversations those assistants rely on. This policy explains what we collect when you use the website, the app, and the Sleeng Chrome extension.

• Account details: your name, email address, and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We never see your Google password.
• Campaign data you add: brand names, website URLs, prompts, competitors, advocate profiles, target subreddits, and the comment drafts you write, edit, or approve.
• AI visibility results: the answers AI engines give to your prompts and the sources they cite.
• Reddit account information from the Chrome extension: the Reddit username logged in to your browser, its karma and account age, the public rules and newest public posts of your target subreddits, and the upvotes and replies on comments you posted through Sleeng. We never see or store your Reddit password.
• Usage and technical data: basic server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to run and secure the service.
• Billing details: when paid plans are active, payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your plan and payment status, not your full card number.

• To run your campaigns: scanning AI engines, finding relevant Reddit threads, writing drafts, and posting the comments you approve.
• To keep your account safe and the service reliable.
• To email you about your account, scans, and drafts. You can turn non-essential emails off.
• To improve Sleeng. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

We share data only with the services that run Sleeng, and only what each needs:

• Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database).
• DataForSEO, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Perplexity, which receive your prompts to produce AI answers and drafts.
• Google, when you choose to sign in with Google.
• Stripe, for payments.
• Reddit, only when the extension posts a comment you approved, from your own Reddit account.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We use a small number of cookies that keep you signed in and protect forms. We do not use advertising cookies.

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal or billing reasons.

You can view and edit your campaigns and drafts in the app at any time. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account, email team@sleeng.com and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, and you can contact your local data protection authority.

Passwords are hashed, connections use HTTPS, and access to production data is limited. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Sleeng is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 16.

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and let account holders know by email.
