Sleeng (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Sleeng platform — a publishing tool that lets brand teams share updates directly with their audiences. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Sleeng.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.

Channel and content data: We store the channels you create, the updates you publish, feed configurations, and team member information you add to your account.

Subscriber data: When someone subscribes to a channel, we collect their name and email address to deliver updates.

Usage data: We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps to operate and improve the platform.

Cookies: We use session cookies for authentication and basic analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate and maintain the Sleeng platform
  • Deliver updates from brand channels to subscribers
  • Send account-related notifications (password resets, email verifications)
  • Respond to support requests
  • Improve product features and fix bugs

We do not use your data to serve advertising.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these limited cases:

Published updates that have been received by subscribers cannot be recalled from recipients' inboxes after delivery.
